Framework Agreement Eirspan Bridge Management (Regional & Local Road Bridges)

The Department of Transport, Tourism & Sport ("the contracting authority") is acting as a central body in respect of a multi party framework agreement ("the framework agreement") for the provision of multi-disciplinary consultancy services for bridge management related projects ("the Services") with an anticipated duration of 3 years, with a possible extension, at the sole discretion of the Contracting Authority, for a further twelve months.
The List of Public Bodies that will be entitled (but not obliged) to draw down Services from the Framework Agreement in accordance with the rules of the framework agreement are set out in section VI.3 of this contract notice.
The services required are for bridge management related projects dealing with the inventory gathering, principal inspection, special inspection and structural assessment of bridges on regional and local roads and any other related engineering consultancy services as required.
