Applicants are required to complete the pre qualification questionnaire available to download from www.etenders.gov.ie. The negotiated procedure will be used for the award of any contracts under this notice. Iarnród Éireann will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by applicants or tenderers whether or not a contract or contracts are concluded. The successful tenderer(s) will be required to provide a valid tax clearance certificate from the Irish Revenue Commissioners. Contract awards may be subject to satisfactory clarification of any relevant matter. The contract or contracts may be awarded to one or more service providers. If for any reason it is not possible to award a contract or contracts to the designated successful tenderer(s), emerging from any competitive process following this notice, or if having awarded the contract Iarnród Éireann considers that the successful tenderer has not met its obligations, Iarnród Éireann reserves the right to award the contract to the next highest scoring tenderer(s) on the basis of the terms advertised. This shall be without prejudice to the right of Iarnród Éireann to cancel this competitive process and initiate a new contract award procedure at its sole discretion. (ET Ref:339312).
