Field sales services for Firmus Energy (Supply) Ltd
Firmus Energy (Supply) Ltd, a subsidiary of the Energy business of Bord Gáis Eireann, where operationally necessary, outsources customer operations to support this overarching outsource strategy. Firmus Energy now wishes to invite expressions of interest from candidates who wish to provide Field-Sales Services in Northern Ireland. It is currently anticipated that the contract will be for a 2 year period with an option to extend the contract by up to a further 2 years. The field-sales activity will focus on acquisition campaigns for energy products across a number of market sectors within Northern Ireland and will be supported by both above and below the line advertising and marketing activity. There may also be some level of retention and account management activity. Actual volume of activity has yet to be finalised. As a guide, potential suppliers should be capable of supplying in the region of 25 field-sales personnel acting on a full time basis across the market mix. This will include promotional activity as well as door to door sales. Candidates should note that the contracting authority reserves the right to alter the scope and volume of work within the broad description above which is intended to give a general indication only.
