Health Service Executive (HSE)

The HSE proposes to establish a national framework agreement as per EU Directive 2004/18/EC, Article 32. The duration for this national framework agreement is 48 months. Contracts will be for a fixed term although the HSE reserves the right to extend or renew contracts for ancillary or related services.
The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide a mechanism whereby the HSE can improve the utilisation of existing resources. The service provider will complement the skills and capacity within the HSE by providing a procurement service, where required.
