The development will consist of the demolition of an existing 437m2 single storey structure, boiler house and enclosure, and the construction of an 4315m2 extension to the existing school building (replacing existing temporary accommodation) over one and part two storeys, ancillary accommodation comprising external stores, enclosure for ESB substation, a newly configured approach avenue with bus turning circle, additional car parking, set down & hard play areas, limited boundary fencing to the north and eastern boundaries with associated other external works / hard and soft landscaping. A new glazed porch and canopy are to be constructed at existing main school entrance doors to the school.
