EOI Supply, Install, Maintenance & Support of Kiosk Machines for ESO Throughout FรS
Requirements.
โ the kiosk must be designed to provide state-of-the-art accessibility by allowing the widest possible range of people to use it comfortably,
โ the Kiosk machine has to adhere to FรS Social Inclusion Policy and must be designed with social inclusion in mind, the display module must be wheelchair accessible,
โ this applies in particular to all components with which users will interact โ such as the touch screen, keyboard and printer,
โ the supplier should be able to supply relevant references. We will evaluate these references and give preference to the kiosks of suppliers that accommodates widest range of users,
โ the kiosk and all of its peripheral devices must be secure from unauthorized access, theft, damage and other misuse,
โ the kiosk machines should be scratch resistant for unsupervised environments and vandal proof,
โ the Kiosk machine should be PC-Based and must be suitable to house standalone PCs,
โ the kiosks will be used to provide information on FรS programmes on touch screen machines,
โ the Kiosk Design should be space efficient.
