EOI Provision of Courseware and Resources to support the delivery of Online Training

The object of the contract is to provide a suitable range of resources and instruments to our online learners to enable them to achieve certification in a range of subject areas. Individual contracts may be awarded per subject area or for multiple subject areas.
This competition will be carried out in accordance with the Negotiated Procedure under the protocol of the Competitive Dialogue process. We will engage in successive reduction throughout the whole process. We intend to set up a Single Supplier Framework for the various certification paths.
The main stages of the competition will be as follows:
— expression of interest,
— selection of candidates & issue of descriptive document to same,
— conduct dialogue,
— issue of invitations to tender,
— conduct dialogue,
— selection of successful tenderers.
