This public procurement competition relates to the provision of a solution that will.
— allow authoring and approval of online/eLearning training course content,
— allow the delivery of online training courses,
— allow online training courses to be mandated to groups of staff and their compliance with completion of mandatory training to be monitored,
— allow (optional) online training courses to be taken by staff at their own initiation,
— implement post-online training course examinations and results recording,
— facilitate online training course participant feedback capture,
— facilitate creation & maintenance of online training course history for staff members.
