That the applicant has realised a minimum turnover of 9,000,000 euros cumlatively over the last three years in the construction of wastewater treatment or similar process installations, pumping stations and pipeline construction.
An appropriate bankersโ€™ statement of the applicantโ€™s financial capability to undertake a project of this size at this time.
Audited financial statements for each of the three financial years preceding the date of submission of the application, together with the financial notes associated with these accounts. (NOTE: The Applicant must provide the accounts for the company that will enter into the Contract. Where accounts for a parent company are provided full details of the proposed parent company guarantee proposed must be submitted with the prequalification application. A model form of parent company guarantee is included in the Prequalification Document).

Technical and professional ability:
Full details of information required and minimum requirments are set out in a Prequalification Questionnaire and in the Prequalification Document which will be issued to applicants.
Minimum level(s) of standards:
1) Proven experience in the design and construction of:
a) Wastewater treatment works of similar sizes (i.e. at least one of approx. 3,200 p.e.) together with main lift pumping stations and rising mains.
b) Civil Engineering works associated with wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, gravity pipelines and rising mains of similar size and complexity to those required for the Project.
c) Building associated with wastewater treatment plants of similar size and complexity as those required for the Project.
2) Delivered the installation of at least one wastewater treatment plant with the value of mechanical and electrical process equipment not being less than 1 million euros.
3) Suitably qualified and experience project mangement staff, technical staff, manpower resources and equipment resources, as well as experience in training operations and maintenance staff.
4) A satisfactory standard of quality management, project planning and management.
5) Proven experience in the operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment plants, outfall pipelines and pumping stations of approximately the size and complexity.
6) The resources, experience and competence to carry out the duties set out in the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2006 (S.I No. 504 of 2006) relating to Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) and Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS).
