Drug & alcohol collection and testing services
Iarnrod Eireann-Irish Rail
Irish rail is seeking expressions of interest for the provision of the following services;
1 Urine specimen collection and testing;
2 Breath alcohol testing;
3 Laboratory services for the analysis of urine samples {found positive on initial testing};
4 Point of care testing.
Under the provisions of the Iarnród Éireann Drug and Alcohol Policy there are specific circumstances whereby the collection of urine samples and the laboratory analysis of such urine samples will be required to be carried out at any location throughout the rail network. Both Irish rail Staff and Contract Staff are included in the Test Process.
