Suitability to pursue the professional activity:
Tenders to whom any of the circumstances listed in Article 45 of the EU Council Directive 2004/18/EC apply will be excluded from this competition.
Economic and financial standing:
(1) All candidates will be required to provide statements of accounts or extracts from those accounts relating to their business.
Technical and professional ability:
1. Tenderers are required to provide a description of how their proposed camera system will be installed in OSiโ€™s PA23 aircraft and how they will address Civil Aviation Authority modification approval and any other requirements that their proposed system may require. All requirements to ensure a smooth transition from OSiโ€™s current camera system with the minimum of down time to an operational proposed system must be outlined.

2. Tenderers are required to provide a description of the workflow from flight planning a project with a 5cm image resolution through image capture, image download at OSiโ€™s facility in Ennis and the transfer of data to OSiโ€™s HQ in Dublin.
3. Tenderers are required to provide a description of image processing through Air-triangulation and the production of a vector map and clearly outline where change will be required in OSiโ€™s applications and or workflow.
4. Tenderers are required to provide a description of the production of Orthorectified imagery from where it deviates from the production of vector mapping and clearly outline where change will be required in current OSi applications and or workflow.
