Vehicular and pedestrian access will be provided off an existing internal private road via the existing Backweston Campus access off Stacumney Lane. A security hut is to be provided at the entrance to the proposed site within the Campus. Site development works will include on site foul drainage connecting to the existing Campus foul drainage system. The surface water drainage system will connect to the existing attenuation system with an additional attenuation pond of sufficient size to cater for the proposed development and for future development on the Campus site. Site development works will also include landscaped forecourts, earth mounding, planted woodland, staff amenity areas, an internal site security fence and approximately 260 car parking spaces.
