Design Team services, school building project Luttrellstown Community College, Porterstown Dublin 24
Individual expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified consultants (Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Building Services (M&E) Engineers and Civil/Structural Engineers) who wish to be considered for inclusion on a design team to oversee a school building project for Luttrellstown Community College, Porterstown, Dublin 15.
The Client for this project is County Dublin Vocational Education Committee (VEC).
This is the second phase of the overall building project for this school. Construction of Phase 1 is underway and will deliver the necessary accommodation facilities to cater for 650 pupils. Phase 2 will add further accommodation for a further 350 pupils.
The project brief for Phase 2 is an extension to the school accommodation of 1 900 m2; a Special Needs Unit of 550 m2 and an enhanced Community Facility of 2 050 m2 (Note, these areas are approximate, based on the Schedules of Accommodation which will issue at the Award Stage of this competition).
