Individual expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified consultants (Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Building Services (M&E) Engineers and Civil/Structural Engineers) who wish to be considered for inclusion on a design team to oversee a building development project St Martin's Special School, Ballintruckle Road, Ballintruckle, Waterford.
The Client for this project is the Board of Management.
The project entails the construction of a new school of approximately 3 800 m2 plus associated site works, which will accommodate pupils with special educational needs ranging from mild, moderate to severe and profound and with multiple/challenging disabilities.
