This framework agreement is for the design, supply and installation of office furniture of various types suitable for a modern office environment including:
โ€” open plan fully systemised modular furniture and acoustic screens, integral wire management, mobile pedestals with removable fabric cushions and miscellaneous accessories,
โ€” complementary cellular office wire managed desking, storage and meeting tables,
โ€” counter balanced metal storage/filing cabinets,
โ€” library units,
โ€” training room desking,
โ€” task seating,
โ€” visitors / meeting room seating,
โ€” meeting room tables.
Those prequalification applicants who are subsequently invited to tender will be required, at the tender stage, to demonstrate to BGE and the Design Team the proposed furniture by physically installing, at the Warrington Place Building (Dublin 4), complete samples and fully working assemblies of all products proposed for selection. The cost of this demonstration will be borne entirely by the tenderers.
The contract (s) term is for a period of 3 years with an option to extend annually for up to an additional 2 years.
