Title of the lot: Architecture
Short description: Architectural Services.
Quantity or scope: The Architect shall provide all of the professional architectural services as necessary to comply with the requirements of the Tender Specification and Design Brief including post contract supervision as required to ensure the satisfactory completion of the project. The Architect will act as team leader and employer’s representative.

Short description: Structural/civil engineer services.
Quantity or scope: The Structural/Civil Engineer shall provide all of the professional services in the area of structural/civil engineering as necessary to comply with the requirements of the tender specification and design brief together with such post contract supervision as required for the satisfactory completion of the project.

Title of the lot: Mechanical & electrical (M&E) building services engineering
Short description: Mechanical & electrical (M&E) building engineering services.
Quantity or scope: The (M&E) Services engineer shall provide all of the professional services in the area of mechanical and electrical engineering services as necessary to comply with the requirements of the Tender Specification and Design Brief together with such post contract supervision as necessary for the satisfactory completion of the project. In addition to design services the Engineer will be required to assist the QS with cost advice associated with M&E services during all project stages.

Title of the lot: Quantity surveyor
Short description: Quantity surveying services.
Quantity or scope: The quantity surveyor shall provide the all of the professional quantity surveying services as necessary to comply with the requirements of the tender specification and design brief together with such post contract supervision as necessary for the satisfactory completion of the project. The tender documents will incorporate full bills of quantities to include all M&E Services. The QS will be responsible for all pre and post contract cost control and final account settlement associated with all specialist works including M&E Services.
