Design services, extension & refurb 1970 building
Institute of Technology Sligo
Service provision will comprise full pre and post contract design, contract administration and cost control to be carried out in accordance with Department of education & science planning & building unit design team procedures third edition, August 2007 (revised) and the Department of finance guidelines for the appraisal and management of capital expenditure proposals in the public sector, January 2005.
The project includes the extension and refurbishments of the 1970 Building Block (B), to comprise new build extensions of approximately 3 000 m2, and refurbishment of between 1 500 m2 and 2 000 m2 together with associated demolitions, façade replacement, reroofing, replacement carparking and associated external works.
