It is a condition precedent to the award of any Contract within this framework that the successful tenderer will provide;
1. A current tax clearance certificate or in the case of non-resident Contractor a statement of suitability on tax grounds from the Revenue Commissioners of Ireland.
2. Evidence showing that they are in full compliance with Clause 5.3 'Pay and Conditions of Employment' of the PW-CF02 Public Works Contract for Building Works Designed by the Contractor (available at www.constructionprocurement.gov.ie).
3. Public Liability Insurance cover as stated in the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire.
4. Employers Liability Insurance cover as stated in the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire.
5. Professional Indemnity Insurance cover as stated in the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire.
Applicants must be in a position to provide all information within 7 calendar days, as stated in the Declarations provided at SAQ stage. Prior to the issue of the Invitation to Tender document, if a selected Applicant withdraws / does not provide the required information within 7 calendar days for whatever reason, the Employer reserves the right to include the next highest scoring Applicant in the invitation to tender list.
