The service to be provided is a planned preventive maintenance regime and a reactive maintenance (call out service) for all Mechanical, Electrical and Building Fabric Maintenance of the Cork Co Hall Campus. The County Hall campus includes the following buildings:
— County Hall and 6 Storey Extension building,
— County Library building,
— Old Motor Tax Office building,
— Teagasc Building,
— Multi Story Car Park,
— Surface car parks,
— Circulation areas within site boundary.
