(3) All candidates will be required to provide certification from an independent body attesting conformity to environmental management standards in accordance with the Community Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS); or the European standard BS EN ISO 14001.

Other particular conditions:
1. Tenderers to allow for both the standard colour range or wood grain finish to all high pressure laminate finishes, on all furniture items, as per the loose furniture specification, and all to later selection by the client.
2. Tenderers to allow for finishing options to the high pressure laminates in different colours/finishes (as above) on doors, carcassing and back panelling on all worktops, benches and presses and shelving etc.
3. All electrical/electronic equipment to be of Energy Rating A.
4. Staged delivery and installation may be required.
