Suitability to pursue the professional activity:

Tenderers are required to provide a statement that none of the circumstances listed in Regulation 53 of SI 329 (European Communities Award of Public Authorities Contracts) Regulations 2006 applies to the tenderer. Information should be provided as per the Instructions to Tenderers.

Economic and financial standing:

Tenderers are required to provide evidence from a suitably competent external peson (by way of a statement from their auditors or otherwise) confirming that the Tenderers turnover equaled or exceeded 2 000 000 EUR per annum (ex VAT) (site investigation works) (averaged over the 3 previous financial years). Applicants must also demonstrate the successful delivery of 2 examples of contracts within the last 5 years involving ground investigation works of a comparable nature to those required under this tender. Further criteria as as per the instructions to tenderers.

Technical and professional ability:

Tenderers should provide the technical information requested within the instructions to tenderers.

Tenderers will be required to have the insurances set down in the instructions to tenderers.
