National Consumer Agency
The National Consumer Agency (NCA) wishes to contract for a specialist provider of advertising services (creative and production) to assist it in the execution of its statutory functions in the area of consumer information, education, awareness and consumer law.
The present document sets out a description of the NCA, its needs in this area and the specific stipulations attaching to the intended contract. Any contract awarded as a result of this public procurement process will operate for 1 year in the first instance, with an option to renew for up to a further 12 months, in rolling 3 month tranches. Any renewals will be at the sole discretion of the NCA and are likely to be influenced by structural changes within the NCA arising from any amalgamation that may take place with any other public body.
