This contract is for all works detailed in the documents uploaded as part of this Call for Tenders including - Mechanical, Electrical, Structural works. Please note the Investigation and Enabling Works were carried out as a first phase then this tender package finalised with building information made available on opening up the existing structure. Target completion of this phase 2 in Autumn’ 23
