Construct extension at the rear of existing building, break out opening in existing rear wall to provide access to extension, carry out alterations to interior layout including installing underfloor heating and air to water heat pump, relocate stairs and form partitions for WCs etc.. Replace 20 linear metres of sewer line and make alterations to roller gate.
